how many of you are using watercolor rental management. we have our home with them and bookings seem really slow this season. is it them or am I wishing to much

DWC...this is our fourth season on the program and we have seen a steady increase every year. However, we own a "unit", townhome type place-2 bedroom south of 30A. Where are you located? My guess that has something to do with it.
BTW...I was in The Woodlands at the end of May for my niece's voice recital and must say it is so pretty and huge! A little trivia for you...nine years ago, I celebrated my 20th wedding anniversary in Seaside with my kids and no Mr. Kitty because he was in The Woodlands representing his client on it's purchase!

Everyone we talked to on the rental has said the same thing. There was a recent article in "The Log" that speculated that folks were waiting to the last minute to rent becasue of last years storms. If we stay out of the news for awhile all will be well in more ways than one.
