WaterSound Beach Restrictions

This is my first time heading to the area and I am curious if there there any restrictions about what you can bring on the beach. I've tried searching the forum and did not come up with anything. I've also tried googling and came up empty.

I know glass bottles are not allowed, but can I put up a 10x10 tailgate tent instead of using umbrellas?

No dogs on the beach. Tents are ok but must be taken off the beach each night along with all other materials brought to the beach (chairs, coolers, toys, shovels, etc). Any holes dug in the sand must be filled in because of the nesting turtles. Florida law forbids any exploding fireworks or anything that launches into the air.

Thanks so much for the information. I thought they were ok, but after researching areas for a while I thought I read that tents weren't allowed, but never found it again. Good to know they are!
