Wet suit and golf cart rentals?

I have a guest who seems to have some problems walking, so she wants to rent a small golf cart. Do you have recommendations where she can rent one - are they allowed in SoWal (and would she ride it on the path/road)?

She also wants to rent wetsuits for all ages. Any recommendations where she can do this?

Probably can get wet suits at any dive shop in Destin or PCB.
