I've been to Grayton Gym in the past and am wondering what other options there are at this time for cardio classes (not spin) and workout facilities. Of course I'll be walking on the beach and biking on the trail some daily but I need a daily intense workout and some weight lifting. I have my 20 yr class reunion a week after I get back from the 2 week trip to SoWal and I can't be packing on the pounds that I usually do on vacation!!
