Can anyone tell me the going rate for long term housing in the area? We are trying to decide if we want to rent out our 5bd/4ba 3182sqft. home in inlet Beach. Not sure we want to mess with STR. We live in the he in law suite.

North or south of 98? What area/neighborhood/development? Furnished or unfurnished? Garage? Beach Access or amenities? Utilities/landscaping/pest control included?
North of 98 in inlet. Across street from the lake. No HOA. Furnished. No garage. Public beach access at Orange St (largest access). Pest control included. Have to figure if utilities are included (not sure yet or if it would be an allocation. We would live in MIL suite on first floor with separate entrance. Plenty of parking.
