I have a great house for sale in "The Woods". Kurt has once again outdone himself with panoramic photos/virtual tour that highlight many features of this one-of-a-kind custom home . I've lowered the price from $679,000 to $600,000 with a 4% commission to a selling agent. "The Woods" is a great place to live, if I didn't have to move back to the midwest after 12+ years of living and working in South Walton I would be here forever. This is a great deal for someone!

I love your house. I have been in it several times. :shock: -- before it was completed. I think your price is in the right neighborhood, but currently, there just aren't many buyers, other than some sharks which have been swimming around for a few weeks.

FYI - since Fern Cove isn't a widely recognized street name, you may consider writing "The Woods" on your signs on Bay Drive.
