I am coming down in about a month for a little biz and pleasure (of course) w/ a friend-- We have a place to stay but just wondering what to expect as far as weather, etc-- I have been down only during June and July-- Any hints on what I can be looking forward to? Any festivals, concerts, etc? we are coming down 2/16-2/19--Gosh I can't wait!!! Atlanta has been blissful here lately and I was daydreaming about riding bikes and walking on the beach with about 75 degrees all around-- Am I out of my mind? :rotfl:

Thanks ---

Daytime highs are more likely to be in the 65-70 range than 75+, though it can be warmer. That time of year is pretty decent biking, though I go with cycling tights instead of normal bike shorts.

You're coming down during a transitional time. February is still Snowbirds, and then March is more Spring Break families. The Seaside 1/2 marathon is the first weekend in arch. Others can fill you in on more events better than I could.
