What's being built on Hwy 98?

I see a lot of construction. I saw a sign for a Porsche dealer which is different... And I see a lot of apartments. What else is coming in? Will 98 look like Miramar Beach never ends?

Well it's mostly state forest at some point I think from a bit west of 331 east to the commerce park, with some private parcels here and there. Most notably Christian International Cult which just built hundreds of apartments and a bunch of apartments being built at peach creek next to them.

There are 2 McDonald's now so def the stretch from 393 west will merge with Miramar Beach. There is also a 2nd Grand Boulevard planned where 30A meets 98.
