What's Going in on Hwy 98 where Steamboat used to be?

Drove by Steamboats on Hwy 98 last night and was surprised to see the place locked up and what appears to be a remodel in process (dumpster in front). Anyone know what's going on?

Outcast Bar & Grill - seafood and bar fare similar to Steamboat menu but then I was immediately told not at all similar "because it would be delicious".

They have an existing place in Miramar Beach called Outcast Seafood.
