What's the name of that place that's right next to Rosemary Beach to the west and is accessed via Geoff Wilder Ln? It has a big kidney-shaped pool right in the middle.

Number two, where is the Sunset Beach community? To the east or west of Longue Vue Dr?

And last, pardon my ignorance, but what exactly is the Village of South Walton? Is it just what you call that whole area around the lagoon pool?

I think we've changed our plans and are looking for 2 or 3 BR place in that area (Seacrest/Rosemary/the Village).

Hi Goates -- it is hard to pinpoint these things isn't it? One of these days Mapquest is going to catch up.

I'm not sure about your first question -- perhaps that is the access to the High Pointe community? Someone else can answer that. I can never remember. But I can tell you that Sunset Beach is just to the east of Longue Vue Dr.

The Village of South Walton is a building on the west side of Rosemary, along 30-A, that has condos/studios on the top three floors and shops and restaurants on the bottom floor. It is part of the Seacrest Beach community as it can use the lagoon pool, but those are not the condos around the pool. Those condos around the pool are part of the Seacrest Beach homeowners' association and I believe they are generally larger.

HighPointe does have the pool you are describing. TFT is right though Waters Edge is accessed via Geoff Wilder Lane. They are in very close proximity though.

Gotcha gttbm. To see how close, and to see a partial photo of the Villages of South Walton, go to this thread about the new fountain at the villages. Scroll down to see two photos side by side. The first one seems to show High Pointe (blue roofs) and Waters Edge right next door.

From east to west......Sunset Beach, HighPointe, WatersEdge, Rosemary....This is on the south side of 30-a. North side east to west is Seacrest Beach North, Villages of South Walton, Rosemary.

P.S. I think LongVue you asked about earlier is next to Sunset Beach before you get to HighPointe.
