Where can I find a car battery?

Hi.

We are staying near Rosemary and I have a dead battery. If I can get it jumped, where should I drive to get a new battery?

Advanced Aotu, in PCB, just west of hy 79, or wallyworld. Had to replace mine in March, after 73 months of the oe. Closet place to go. AA.

Actually the closest place to go is Frimet A to Z about 10 minutes east of Rosemary on Hwy 98. They sell Interstate batteries, one of the best batteries made with a great warranty, and will install it for you. They have great service and can have your car towed if you need for about $50. Do yourself a favor and have your alternator checked while you're there unless you KNOW for sure that it's just a battery. I've replaced a "bad" battery twice (once in my own truck years ago and recently in my daughter's car) and then found out two days later that it was really the alternator. This can be really frustrating when you find out your daughter's sitting on the side of I-10 next to mile marker 99 at 6:30 PM on Sunday evening with a test in Tallahassee on Monday morning!
