Walton County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) meeting 9 a.m. on Nov. 24 at Walton County Courthouse. Among items on the agenda are election of new BCC chair and vice chair?

Someone please take that hammer away from Mr. Imfeld.

...and into the hands of a woman that has sought to censor citizens speach (as outlined in Emails posted previously), and had knowledge of tax dollars being quietly smuggled to her precious DeFuniak for years (now being looked into by the State Attorney).

Waiting on "Satan guy" to come as he'll fit in with the County Cabal just fine.

Forgot to mention how fast that "recovery" was too. From being unable to provide testimony to becoming the leader of the BCC, all in a few months...

You know John, sometimes you have great ideas and solutions so you are obviously intelligent and care about the community but your posts often come across as mean spirited. People get sick all the time and people get better all the time. And sometimes sick people shop and move around the community. I once called a high school basketball game with a man who was battling cancer. Within 3 weeks of that game he had passed away. He was very sick but he did not stop living his life as long as he had breath. A county commissioner still has to shop and do their daily routine even when they are sick. Being sick does not always require the whole deathbed scenario.

I'm glad she's OK and never wished I'll health to anyone.

I still believe the health issue was very conviently used for her to avoid being deposed and having to answer tough and uncomfortable questions.

My point is now that she's better and can Chair the BCC, she can now provide the testimony she avoided due to the illness, right? What am I missing here?

As for my "tone" or demeanor, perhaps more people need to get upset as to the blatant nonsense that occurs here on a weekly basis.

Without P O 'd people, none of the investigations under way would have occurred.

I have no problem John with righteous indignation regarding issues. And I often agree with you. But the personal stuff turns me off. Just my opinion, take it or leave it.

Same goes for Mr. Imfeld. He could not do what he has done without the support of at least two of the others. And since I have heard no public opposition from any of the others, I assume they support his methods.
