Then present any evidence that Scott made money from the Medicare fraud. The FBI couldn't find it. Scott was never charged. His former company was fined for actual loss PLUS damages. How did he make money?
EDIT: Don't forget, I don't like Scott either. But if lies are to be the order of the day, don't complain when people tell them about your candidate or favorite project.

His company committed the fraud. It's one of his favorite talking points about pulling himself up by his boot straps and building the company, but then suddenly becomes hands off because it's a corporation and according to SCOTUS a living breathing entity.
I'm constantly amazed that "business people" can vote for a guy who had such little control over his company, but want him to run a state.
How did he make money? Do you think he was volunteering for the company?
P.S. His lead is currently dropping...

because they could not prove it does not mean you stop thinking about the responsible party and his reaction, as CEO to questions about his involvement. 5th amendment 75 times says what to you? CEO of the biggest acts of civil fraud in this country means what to you?Who takes responsibility for criminal acts? This coming from a guy who has now spent just short of 100 million dollars off ill gained wealth to win 2 razor thin elections and then goes on to balance a 3 billion dollar shortfall in the state budget by stealing 1/2 of the money set aside for teacher's pensions. He did it in one fell swoop, and nobody said a word or defended those with no political clout. This is beyond gross. This guy deserves an abbreviated ocean cruise to the continental shelf.
