Just my husband and I, empty nesters wanting to live in the area and perhaps buy. We could start the lease in October or November through February? We are flexible. We are excellent tenants who treat homes with respect. We work at home as a management consultant and an artist. We’d like at least 2,500 SF since we both work at home. A yard for the dog would be great.
