That was a huge Mako! 72" berth! The articles I've found state that many of the bays, etc. along the Gulf are actually Shark nurseries. Those that do Para sailing also comment about how many Shark they see in the Gulf, and that after the sail, they don't want to go back into the water. The fisherman say that there are a lot of Sharks in the Choctawhatchee Bay too.
