Once you throw in some tax payer money to pay for your business it probably does make sense to go with it.

"I'm glad we're finally open. There were lots of hurdles," said Bill Blackford, Destin Jet's general manager.

That bribe money doesn't deliver itself.

Many residents have complained over the years that the business only would add more noise to the already loud airport.

Luckily they were poor and without influence so JO was able to steam roll them.
