On a beautiful fall afternoon made for Cross-Country running, Seaside Neighborhood School was the host of the Walton County middle school's September 24th meet. Walton Middle School, Freeport Middle School, Emerald Coast Middle School and Seaside Neighborhood School ran through the trails at Watercolor, enjoying perhaps the prettiest course around!
Seaside Neighborhood School took first place for the girls, followed by Freeport, Emerald Coast and Walton. Emerald Coast's boys took first, followed by Walton and Seaside. Freeport does not have a boys team.
Seaside girls had the top 3 finishers - Alex Weiner led the girls, with Kylie Cloutier and Mira Syed tied for second . 3rd and 4th place went to Freeport and Kaley Findley of Seaside, placing 5th. For the boys, it was Emerald Coast taking all 5 top spots! Tanner Wimberley placed 6th, Reed Yandell 8th overall with Ayden Kish, Felix Potter, Braden Craft and Keaton Kish rounding out Seaside's team. Everyone did a great job!
