Year-over-year housing price gains

The recently released Case-Shiller Indexes are showing some impressive year-over-year housing price gains for the top 10 and top 20 metro areas.

Does anyone have any specifics for the local (SRB) area? I suspect the news is good and inventory is down--but anyone with numbers?
