I have so many great appliances at work, that I'll truly miss. Steamer, grill top, confection oven, fryer, dishwasher that does dishes in 2 minutes, stand mixer. I hardly use any appliances at home except my wine bottle opener....:D OH...and my one cup coffee maker.

No, it's not cheap, but considering its durability, it becomes a bargain, not to mention all the time saved.
I just noticed one in pink for BB.

I have no need for a mixer since I really do little baking, but PV I have been meaning to get that Braun appliance. I likey, so compact and useful.

Oh my! I need that in pink!

Appliance? What's an appliance? :dunno:

I broke down and bought one of those Vidalia Onion Choppers that you see on the infomercials all the time. It looked interesting, but I don't buy things off TV.

Then I read about it in Consumer Digest and it got a 5 star rating! Still reluctant to buy anything from TV I was glad when I found it in Walgreens! They have a whole "As Seen On TV" Section!

Only about $19 and has paid for itself already over and over. It does exactly what it shows on TV.

I used it tonight to cut the green and red peppers for dinner. Just place the veggies on the cutting grill and whack! I'm done! LOVE IT.

Easy to clean! Measures the food as you chop it.

Doesn't use electricity or batteries.

Oh and of course my Quad Blade Euro-Pro, 700 watt, ice crushing self cleaning blender. I've never had a better more durable blender. Doesn't have or need all those worthless buttons. One speed dial with a PULSE button. Found it at Sears three years ago and have bought a couple for friends that also swear by it. However, now I can't find 'em anymore.

Which I'll be using later for those Kiwi Margaritas I posted on the
"What are you drinking thread"....Oh so good.

I need a good sweater fuzzy remover. My favorite warm sweater has developed to many little warm fuzzies, and I need to get rid of them. Too many fuzzies are not a good thing.

Any suggestions?

I use a new razor. Place the sweater on your bed and shave away. It has worked well for me. I tried it once in desperation and was quite surprised with the result. I have been using it every since.
