The Seaside Neighbohood School, a charter middle school in Seaside, Florida, hosts mentors for about 6 weeks at a time. Once a week students are exposed to the expertise and generosity of local experts. Michael Sturdivant of the Emerald Coast Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation teaches kids once a week for a couple of hours.
