Y'all should hook up with Smiley J. He's totally hot and so nice.

I would reccomend the following schedule. It always works for us:

Start at the Red Bar after sunset.
Around 10 go to Bud & Alley's. Ask for Mo the bartender. He'll take care of you.
Leave Bud's at 12 and go to 331. Look for DJ Vladi. Where he goes a funn time follows. Leave 331 when they make you leave. If you need a cab take Paradise Taxi.

As for the wine festival, try and slip in there. I'll tell you this much, drink all day the day of the wine festival. Everyone's going to be sloppy drunk (esp. the old people) so it helps to be wasted with them.
