Suppose for whatever reason, Les Miles bolted for another job and Saban was returning to LSU today under the exact same circumstances in which he came to Alabama. Would be posting stuff like this?

Nope, as I stated above, I am a Saban fan. Leaving LSU made perfect sense...he won a NC, had stated that he wanted to coach in the NFL...needed a challenge. But my goodness, he BAILED on Miami. He is yours now. He will put a winner on the field so you can be happy about that fact. But it is clear that the guy is a mercenary so don't fall too deeply in love with him-he may break your heart in a few years
I am plenty happy with Les Miles, by the way. And just between you, me and the whole world-I think LSU plays for the national championship next year...all the tough games at home and an out of conference dance with Virginia Tech...can't wait.

JB try not to take this so personally. :roll: And this is not sour grapes on my part; Gators fans are happy with our coach (obviously) and want nothing more than the continued strength of the SEC ... especially because EVENTUALLY, there is going to be a playoff system. There has to be!
