Got the bill from the ER today...

That truly is shocking to me!!!:shock: How long were you there?

3 hours - the largest portion of the bill was for 2 CT scans - pelvic & abdominal. On a bright note, my deductible is easily fulfilled for the year and now I can have a knee replacement and both my feet fixed for just about nothing (just need to do it before the divorce is final and I switch over to my own insurance with a new deductible to fulfill!)

God forbid I should get stopped up...now that I am divorced...no insurance.... I need a job with security ...no insurance with the sorority...at least you have your own insurance girl !!!:clap_1:

You are right, I am lucky to have insurance - will cost me $150 a month but all things considered it's still pretty reasonable. Now where are you going to find a job with benefits that still allows you time to travel? Can't blame us gulls for wanting it all!

Exactly - I don't make nearly what I could if I were able to work 60 hour weeks or more, but I have a lot of flexibility and can completely change my schedule for the summer months when the kids are home. And that's worth a lot!
