I asked my son if he was going to get his girlfriend roses or chocolates for Valentine's day. He said no flowers - that's for saying you're sorry! :shock: Chocolates are for saying I love you. So we shopped around and finally found a red velvet heart-shaped box of chocolates, which was very hard to find, btw!

I'm not sure where he learned that about the flowers/apology. Probably MTV. :roll:

I had just remembered you saying he was sick....and boy was he!!! I bet he turned back into your little boy again.

He did indeed and you know I hated every second of it. :lie: Actually, it's the first time he's ever been sick and done exactlly what I told him to do. It was almost like he's all grown up or something. :scratch:

I love all kinds of fresh flowers. I receive 1 arrangement each month from my girls as my Mother's Day present. I always tell my family to give me flowers when I am alive to enjoy them.
