Sorry, if I wasn't clear. I didn't say it wasn't ok to disapprove of someone else's choice. Or to voice your opinion. What I did say was I was upset that people are venting their anger and being nasty (I am not saying anyone on this board is doing that, but there are many online that are)toward a 17 year old who has a huge following of people who think he can sing. I think the teens and pre-teens are not watching Barney, Wiggles and Veggie Tales. They are watching High School Musical, Hilary Duff, Jump In, going to concerts ( I took my kids to see Barlow Girl and they bought their cd) and are using their babysitting money to download to their Ipods/MP3s, just like when we were teens, we bought singles! It's not just anger but the way they are attacking him. Every Idol has their own following and niche. Why should that make anyone angry? Can't we agree to disagree?
Absolutely. Can you tell I have a grandson that's enthralled with Barney, The Wiggles and the VT's?
His career will probably be better off once he is off the show. You know are agents just waiting in line to sign him once he's no longer under any obligation to AI. ;-)

last night I caught up with AI after being out of town. I was sooooooooo upset that Fro boy was gone. He did not do well on his performance but now he is gone.

Both of them. Hilarious. You have to laugh at this whole thing. And the real humor in it is the judges are the ones who put him in the top 24.
