Classic Cajun spice blend. But Skunky's going to have to tell you how to pronounce it. People from NOLA like to laugh at the way outsiders say it, so you need directions from a pro.

Skunky's pizza is my favorite too. We've always called it a Hawaiian pizza. Though I have to say we've never added the peppers but next time I think I might just have to. That's a pretty good twist!
