Thank you for your comments. I guess you think that The Bible is wrong and that men should lie down with barn animals. The Holy Bible says they should not, but if you don't believe in what The Holy Bible says, I guess it is okay with you. Thank you for allowing me to express myself.

Thank you for your comments, but Jehova's Witnesses who knock on your door are not real Christians. Thank you for allowing me to posts my thoughts.

Bob, thank you for your comments. Interesting thought you give me to ponder. I think what you are saying is that The Holy Bible does not mention tithing money, even though it was around. You mention oil and myrrh, both which are not money but possessions. God wants us to give up our worldly possessions and walk with him hand in hand. He has no possessions and neither should we.

There was a wrath from God in Old Testament and there is still a wrath waiting at the end of this age. Revelation. Christians will not suffer that wrath nor is the wrath of God on us now. There has not been wrath from God since The Messiah came and died for our sins. There has been circumstances from our sins. Remember, we reap what we sow.

Also, hell is eternal seperation from God. You can't have any worse punishment than that.

Great topic!!!

Thank you for your response. If I may ask, "Do you consider the wrath from God to be punishment?" How do you define the word punishment?

You said, "Christians will not suffer that wrath nor is the wrath of God on us now." Will non-Christians suffer that wrath and again is that wrath considered punishment? Lastly, you indicated there can't be any worse punishment than Hell. Yet, I thought you stated earlier that God does not punish. Are you saying that going to Hell is reaping what we sowed and that this is not apart of God's plan?

I think that you've added a very interesting and thought provoking topic to this discussion. Thanks for your comments.

I may be wrong but I do not believe that God need anything that we have to keep "his" church running. Our efforts are as smelly as filthy rags, meaning- menstral clothes. Sorry for the graphics but look it up, it is the truth. I didn't say it, God did.

Thank you for sharing your views. When you stated, "I do not believe that God need anything that we have to keep his church running," in what context are you using the word need. Are you implying that God does not personally need anything from us, or are you implying that He does not need to have His plan realized through us, or do you mean something altogether different?

I think that you're introducing a philosophy that is shared by many people today. So, if you will, please elaborate a little. Thank you for your insightful comments.
