Also, get a wallet sized card from your doctor that lists all your medical conditions and the name, DOSE and FREQUENCY of your medicine. Believe it or not, many people have a hard time telling you what meds they are taking beyond "a little yellow one for blood pressure and a blue one for my nerves"...![]()
