You could say it will mess up your fingernails. :D It seems like that would be a grayt business idea, an old timey full service gas station. :clap:They could even check the air in your tires. :D Wonder why they ever quit?

There is ONE station in my town, that still pumps gas for LADIES only. I love it, plus the owner is A TRUE SOUTHERN GENTLEMAN.

I have liked to pump gas for a long time. I can remember being about 8 years old, pumping gas for my mom. I'd pump gas for my gal, anytime, as long as I don't have to drive to the gas station to meet her.

Pumping gas has never bothered me. I'd much rather have a guy around for the REALLY important tasks - insect homicide, oil changes etc.

My holiday pet peeve is folks who are so focused on the gifts, they forget the "reason of the season."

I know of a gas station in the Cove, in Panama City, which has full service. The first time I went there, I was riding with my brother. He says, "watch this," and we pull up to the pump. A lady, maybe 70 years old, comes out to the pump, and is pumping gas, and is over at the driver's window, asking if she can check the oil. Let me tell you. I wanted to jump out and pump the gas, but I didn't want to get my butt kicked by a 70 year old gas attendant lady. She truly loves her job, and my guess is that she probably owns the place, and feels the need to offer something that no other gas station in town offers. Did I mention that the gas was actually a couple pennies less per gallon at her station?

I will pass other gas stations to get to the 2 that pump for you....but they don't do windows!

I do not like my neighbors blow up plastic oversized Christmas yard art.

I don't like the cold weather here this time of year....I can't wait to be there....11 more days and I'm SoWal!

Then I will have to find a tree....

I seem to recall gas stations in New Jersey being required to be full service or at least have a gas attendant to pump gas.
