I am wanting to try Angel by Thierry Mugler. A friend wore this, and it smelled wonderful. Hopefully, Santa will leave it in my stocking.
I wear Jo Malone Verbena. I also like to mix them, like Amber & Lavender with Tuberose. I like wearing Nutmeg & Ginger at Christmas time, mixed with a little Amber & Lavender.
For a while I liked the Lime Basil & Mandarin but I felt like I smelled like a Thai restaurant.
Hubby wears Jo Malone's Vetyver.
I wouldn't mind having her new fragrance, Pomegranite Noir, for Christmas.
my faves in order are:
joy - jean patou
chanel no.5
white shoulders - evyan
Yes you can...try JCPenny[/b]
oh my mama and aunt loved white shoulders, do they still make it?
Hands down for me...Aromatics by Clinique. (Mine and Darlene's)
I was intrigued by the names you listed... haven't heard of Jo Malone before... I googled and liked what I saw! Thanks!
You both are welcome. I don't like fragrances that are too complex. Jo Malone has simple fragrances that can be mixed if you want a more complex fragrance (she has suggestions for appropriate combinations).I'll have to check these out....Saks has them...Wild Fig sounds good
, DD. I personnly won't wear anything else.
Love Halston for men. YUMMY!!!!
HYSTERICAL.[/color]
Halston Z-14 here! Classic. Love it. In moderation. My roommate wears a bottle a day of whatever he is wearing, gaaaaaaag me. French ho.
I very rarely wear, if I do, only a smidgen. But some mens colognes if applied properly will make me stop in my tracks when the bearer walks by.... mmm-mmm-mmm
And now for the other side of the coin....back one time when I was engaged, yes, to a woman, she wore Sand and Sable. Nothing elaborate, standard drug store variety now, but back then 20 years ago....
Sit down for this, major personal sappy comment coming...
She lived with me for months while I was stationed at Eglin. She got orders to Germany. I missed her so much I bought a bottle of Sand and Sable and would spray it on my pillow and sheets. Still like it.
As for myself, I may have a bottle last me a year. Or two. My roomie though, goes through it like I go through Southern Comfort. Shameful.
