We did!! From wonderful friends in Louisville.

Beautiful cheese from Vermont Shepherd Cheese- 2 kinds, nestled in a box filled with Timothy clover hay. I don't know what made me happier- the yummy cheese, or sticking my face in a box of hay and ...breathing. Oh my!

We will be serving this cheese on Christmas Day if we don't eat it all first! I'm trying to come up with a way to display my hay.

What would be a really great gift to me is for my son to one day become organized and not wait up to the very last millisecond to do important things. Running around like a madman before he runs out the door. That's ALL I want for Christmas.
