woke up at 4am this morning with a head cold, and when I got up to take some medicine and drink water, I suddently realized that I had completely forgotten to put the corn in the Seafood and Corn Chowder I made and served last evening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was almost out of gas, went to the gas station at 98 & 331. It was very busy, so I had to wait to get in the line for the pump. My kids were cranky and I was tired. I looked in my purse to get my wallet and I had forgotten to put it in my purse when I switched purses. It took me a while to search for it, thinking maybe it fell out. I was so embarrassed - I had been in that spot for quite a bit looking for it. I figured I needed to go tell the cashier, so they didn't think I was leaving without paying. So, I went in and told the cashier I couldn't find my wallet so I didn't get gas. I should of just left. I didn't go back until a couple of hours later.
SCC- Humana is a health insurance company. They underwrite based on health. Had your family been healthy in terms of insurance underwriting, the agent may have been able to save you money. She didn't know that there were health issues when she offered to quote you. Also, insurance underwriters have masses of information and statistics that are used to calculate risk. These agents did not make the comment about your daughter's lupus, an underwriter did, with the stats in front of him. If you would like to challenge it, get your doctor to send her information to the underwriter and see if they will re-consider.
