he's not "charming" enough for television viewers. His resume is the best of all the candidates, but he is not a very good candidate.

It takes different skills to campaign than it does to govern...he has the governing down well, but he does not campaign well.

It's too bad. I think he would make a good president.

I saw that too. Also noticed he was the only candidate in both debates to wear a Republican-red tie.

There is a part of me that says he would be an interesting President. I think too many people would think he is Mexican if they saw him, and that would rule him out, unless the Mexicans and Latin Americans, living in the USA, voted for him.

Wow. Hillary just dodged the last question like a politician. Gov Richardson at least had guts. Edwards copped out, and Sen Obama took Hillary's answer.
Why don't more people like Gov. Richardson?

Bill Richardson has the best resume of all the dems. He doesn't catch fire with the electorate because he is not an exciting or charasmatic guy. Is it me or is he the only candidate that seems to have gained weight during the last year.

Goofer, maybe Gov Richardson stole some of Huckabee's weight. I think he said he lost something like 140 lbs. Let's find some before and after photos and compare. It is much more fun than thinking about the actual debates.
