For locals... where (what town)do you obtain your dental and dental specialty care? Do you drive to Destin or Panama city? or further? What determines where you go? insurance, prices, recommendations or location? Any comments would be helpful. Thanks.

I go to Dr. Ruder in Seagrove - no insurance etc, just pay out of pocket for regular cleanings and xrays once a year. :D

Dr Gary Crosson on 30A by Butler Elementary, though he may not be taking new patients. We have dental insurance, but he isn't a preferred provider so it doesn't pay as much as it could (does pay quite a bit, though). He's great!

Dr. Ratcliff is my two door away office neighbor at Waterside Business Center 3/4 mile East of 393 on South side of 98. My family of six uses him and we ALL like him including my six year old little boy who used to hate the dentist back home. One of my employees and family also are very pleased with him and his staff. I highly recommend him; he is a Destin native and a really nice person.

same here. we all go to "doctor" as we call him. my five year old does fine with him, and he has a dental hygienist who is great with kids. so glad not to have to drive to PC or FWB for some silly children's dental office.:wave:

I recommend Ratcliff.

I also recommend Dr. Ruder, based on the comments of many friends.

Me 3, on Ratcliff. We spent some time playing with his dental gadgets. Nice fellow and not afraid to use new technology.

Dr. Goodreau, back beach road, close to Hwy 79 in PCB. He just built a new office a couple of years ago. Great equipment and little IBD just loved her visit.
