I'm starting to get spring fever. Besides house cleaning and mentions of pants growing too big due to good diet habits(congrats to those who have stuck it out, I'm still fighting) I am starting to feel the need for the spring pedicure and basic beauty overhaul.

In my last job I had to be one of the boys all the time so makeup got put aside and sunscreen, a ponytail and a baseball cap were mandatory for running a crew full of guys in light construction.

Now, I'm in the public arena more and want/need to get my gull/woman thang more together.

I'm a bath junkie and am hooked on the Lush products but they can be a bit pricey.

What products work for you? Natural and cosmetic? What's the one product you can't live without?

Give me your picks..
Guys you are welcome to chime in here too :D

I'm definitely not a product junkie. I just buy different crap that I like. But, I am still looking for that perfect product to give my hair some "poof" on top after I flat-iron the hell out of it. :dunno:

To be honest, I felt a few times like I was looking kinda hot(know I was feeling it in 100 degree weather) erecting large structures sans makeup along 30-A:D

Also we gulls get the sans makeup appreciation thing from many guys I think and I really appreciate it too:love:

Totally agree with the Kiss my Face products... They have a bubble bath/shower gel called "Early to Bed" which is always, always in my shower. Best stuff ever...

I love BareMinerals makeup and use almost all Burt's Bees Products for face and body. All my "natural" girlfriends love these products too. You can often get bargains on the Burt's Bees at drugstore.com...

Daughter is a BareMinerals junkie. I adore Bobbi Brown products.

I'm getting my hair straightened in two weeks so that my hair will always look grayt at the beach. :clap:I am so excited. The down side is that the herbal straightenings only lasts 3 months -- longer if you don't wash your hair everyday (can we say stinky?).

On a related note, someone was on the Today Show this week talking about how often to replace your makeup. Mascara 6 weeks. I can deal with that. But they said makeup brushes every 6 weeks? Get out of town -- I have hundreds of dollars worth of Bobbi Brown brushes -- can't afford to replace them every 6 weeks!
