John, this is about as good it gets for the Daily News, which is the equivalent of the Equirer as far as news reporting. :lol:

This is the second time I have seen the area promoted in New York. Yesterday the Weather Channel had an Emerald Coast commercial. Not The Beach ?, but Emerald Coast.

Actually, a pretty good article. That is a picture of WaterColor. Think it is from Western Lake and Boat House perspective looking back toward the beach and Inn area. Nice picture anyway. Looks like we can stick with Emerald Coast, Miracle Strip and our own local names if we can get this kind of great press. They know where we are and how fab we are, too!

I'm not very familiar with New York sensibilities. Did they really mean to call Seaside homely or is that a typo?

maybe showing the patina of age would have been the more appropriate new urban description....
