1. Misery is forgetting to put your cell phone in its customary place, at the same time you've remembered that it's set to vibrate so you can't call it to find it.

Misery is....LUNGES! I did them on Monday, couldn't walk on Tuesday, limped on Wednesday and now am on my way to probably do them again!
