I was talking to franny today and we were thinking we should encourage as many of you as possible to come early, like 5 or 5:30.

some of us will be getting there by then to set up tables and get the fire going.

sunset will be at 7:15, and after that it may be quite chilly - depending on the wind and all. (even with bonfire). the best meet and greet time is before sunset, so if you can, get there early! some folks will stay later and some won't - especially if its really cool.
