...no, but the night is young!

Was that a Big-O or a little-o?Hey, what happened to my O? It just says MANG. :funn:

I don't believe that there is a rule against "family photos" unless the family is paying someone to take the pics. In that case permission must be given to use a pavillion or other places in Seaside for the shoot. Easier to stick to the beach, there is a public access at the border with Watercolor.I'm a little late entering this conversation, but this whole thing seems so absurd to me! I can see why Seaside might want to restrict professional photography, but banning family photos? That's ridiculous.
Tangentially, I couldn't believe how many "Private Beach -- Do Not Trespass" signs I saw while walking this AM. There are many more than there were a month or two ago.
Another example that the mentality along Highway 30-A has changed in the last five years -- I remember seeing commercial signs on 30-A spray-painted with graffiti saying, "No big signs on 30-A." Now the TDC has put up big blue signs on 30-A.
like others including myself said said earlier, it's not a new rule and it's professional photographers only. Did I miss reading something where personal photos are not allowed to be taken? I guess I am missing what the big deal is.I don't believe that there is a rule against "family photos" unless the family is paying someone to take the pics. They sure do!For all this crappola...Seaside deserves its "Big Blue Sign."
