do ya'll have a cut off time for eating in the evening? Like nothing but water after ....![]()
I've been trying not to eat anything after dinner. (around 6pm) BUT if I do it's a low cal drink or celery. I also started chewing sugarless gum when I got a craving for sweets but in one of the diets I was reading about today it was one of the things that should be eliminated. Not sure why


Other than getting back into some of my clothes my big motivation is the pool. It opens Memorial weekend and I'd love to feel normal again in my swimsuit.
