Can eating all this fiber have an opposite effect?

I'm eating it just once a day really.

this weekend I do not have a "eating plan", but still doing well but not terrific. for example for breakfast: cottage cheese with bran and pear / lunch: protein and fruit smoothie with soy milk / dinner: whole fish at thai restaurant, with rice - shared this - but it was a whole fried absolutely wonderful fish. I've had NO vegetables whatsoever today. see, if I do not plan ahead I will not consume veggies.

:wave:happy weekend.

My new diet involves eating ice cream and/or chocolate until stop wondering if I can get someone to write me a prescription for Valium in these modern times. I'll be glad when life settles down. (Can someone please tell me if that ever really happens?)

Hey everyone

I told Toots the other day I looked all lumpy in my packing heat photos and want to join in this thread.I'm gonna start walking first and then try and curb my eating habits back a few weeks after starting exercising. I always feel like I try to do too much when I start off and then I can't stick with it. So baby steps for me starting Monday :D

In the past if I blew it for a night I would just say forget it and quit. This time I just stepped up the exercise. I haven't missed a day in over a week and somedays twice. I'm feeling better in my clothes...I don't feel so much like a muffin top anymore thank god. Still no weight loss to speak of.

Today I made the weight watcher 0 point vegetable soup. It's a really good way to get your veggies in. I had it for lunch and will probably have it as my side for dinner.

This week at the grocery I bought apples, yogurt, sunflower seeds, and almonds for snacks. I'm doing pretty good with not eating the whole jar or bag of anything.;-)

I like the lipton green iced tea so I need to get some. Toots you suggested green tea and for some reason I was just thinking of hot tea.
