I believe many independents watch Fox, and there's the gold mine for votes.

Genuinely curious here - how do you know this???

I know quite a few independents - though obviously nowhere near being able to deduce statistic from- none watch Fox - given their obvious leanings and bias.

Thanks

I believe their format...their approach to the news is the most dynamic and watchable. Bias aside, they have the largest viewership, and the competition has copied their methods. I hate the blatant bias, but sometimes enjoy the confrontational style that keeps me momentarily away from Bravo/Food Channel et al. I know independents too, and one common thread is that they watch both sides of the coin, and never vote party line but for the person.

I'm an independent and would likely watch Fox news along with CSPAN and CNN if I had cable tv. I know that Fox is biased and I often get tired of listening to Sean Hannity on the radio. However, it is good to hear as many sides as possible to multiple issues. To use only one source for news, is not being fair to one's self.

To each their own of course but there are many many ways of getting balanced and fair news without the distortions of Fox!!

But you all keep enjoying - obviously millions do.

wow, I never realized this. I've only watched about a total of 30 minutes of fox news. are you saying its interesting programming, or that it is tailored to the tastes of the masses? this news channel is smart like a fox, it seems.
