once pending, it is no longer on shown on public websites. The selling broker is not affiliated with Emerald Coast Association of Realtors so their name is unknown to agents outside of this deal, until the listing broker reports their name (as now required by the MLS rules) after the closing.

This house is amazing....and I have to say....the Target Bedspread in the bedroom made me smile...I have the same one in the Ho House up in Paxton.....good taste!!!!!
Is this the same one that went for around 10M in the Retreat? Or is this the one at the east end of BMB overlooking the lakes?
the latter. Located adjacent and west of Big Redfish Lake, overlooking Lake and Gulf.
I thought so and remember walking around it when it was under construction many moons ago. I met one of the owners (the guy) who was having it built and he was a very nice property owner and owned other properties throughout the area. That's a big number, but a great house with the best beach views in WCo IMO.
It is one of my favs in SoWal.
