I'll give credit where credit is due, he's on CNN right now talking about mandatory city evacuations. He hasn't declared that yet, but apparently they are getting "ramped up". All state and federal representatives are apparently working together on this.

I am thankful to hear this about Nagin. I can't keep the TV on CNN because of ESPN.
