Steve Warshack, the man behind Enzyte (I'm sure you've seen the commercials with "Bob" and his wife) is going to jail for fraud. The story is here.

I have a couple of questions about this:

1. Will he do 'hard' time?
2. Will his sentence seem to 'last longer' than it really is?

Thank god. I'm so sick of seeing the Enzyte commercial where Bob is Santa Claus at the office Christmas party. It's like, for the love of god, it's NOT FREAKING CHRISTMAS ANYMORE. Though it will be soon, since they've been playing the damn commercial all year since LAST CHRISTMAS.
