I do not blame GW for everything gone wrong. I also won't give him a free pass- I believe he was a terrible president. But politics aside- that was really funny...

I don't know that it contributes to the political debate, but it was funny.

The big difference is that W knows he's a goofball and was not above poking fun at himself at his own expense.

Hey, after we have all heard it for over two years (even though the economic crisis started after the Democrats took control of Congress) it gets old. President Bush is one man and not responsible for every ill or sucess (and yes, there have been plenty of them, too) in the last eight years. As I've said many times I do not look at the silly videos posted on this board as a rule. It is time to get off the Bush tirade and think about the future of this country. I, for one say it is time to KNOCK IT OFF!!!

Sorry, but this is the first time in 8 years that I've been able to look at this kind of stuff and laugh instead of cringing and lunging for the remote to change the channel. How many times have we seen Clinton say " I did not have sexual relations with that woman" in the last 10 years? Too many, IMO, but all are fair game in the instant internet/video/TV age.

If you want to post videos of President Obama over the next 8 years, I say go for it! I still think some people are being a little too sensitive about this kind of stuff. If you don't like it, don't look at it. It's really that easy.

Now, could all sides call a truce and just lighten up for a little while until something really drastic actually happens?

No, Aquaman was making the point that if someone followed you, me, or anyone around 24/7 they would be able to make a video such as this. I am sure there is a video of this nature for every president since Kennedy. Bush's problem is he spends to much money, got us in a 2nd war before we won the 1st and talks conservative while governing liberal. This stuff is not his problem and garnered him enough sympathy to get him that 2nd four years.

I realize the point Aquaman was trying to make. It is a valid point. I just think that it was made in a slightly condescending manner and attempted to point out simple facts the way I saw them . If anyone else sees it a different way, so be it. That's your way of seeing it and I respect you however you see it.
