Thank you very much SN!!! it is the sweetest ornament, and the letter is precious. It hangs sideways on the tree, and maybe a tad upside down, and I like it that way!!! I need to update with a photo of the hanging version. later...

Tootsie, I feel the Christmas love a million times over!! It nearly makes me cry (happy cry) because your box was the bestest thing I've gotten this season. It reminded me so much of the holiday gift boxes my beloved grandma Lucy used to send (she who told the dirty limericks 
)~~a box filled with random good stuff like a candy bar that I ate in one sitting and did NOT share with anyone else, the homemade beautiful card, a tangerine wrapped in red and rafia, a little birdie ornament that's adorable, and an of-the-earth mobile with shells and a feather, which, BTW, absolutely absolutely absolutely made Merman's day because he looked at it and exclaimed "Tootsie's made a witch on a broomstick!" and the perfect-ness of it made him smile the biggest smile (which I loved).
A photo will follow after I've made dinner!
And Tootsie, is it really a witch on a broomstick or is it all the angle of the dangle with that feather and shell?

No way. That baby is going to be on SoWal. I am on glass two. But, I'm trying to learn how to post pictures, again. I'm goin to go write down a few notes. Practiced posting a new album. Downloaded pictures so it won't take so long, etc.

I have no idea what the hail you are talking about! but I was happy to draw your name since I had merman last year! isn't that bizarre???
Mermy, your seashell mobile was my first. so it was not my best. but its my favorite because I did put my best effort into it, even though I didn't know what the hail I was doing. it was funn making it knowing it would travel to your house and be hung with care.
Mine was on the porch when I got home from Las Vegas yesterday!
