You might want to check the origin of those berries. I believe it's just the end of the growing season in South America. I'm sticking with the time honored tradition that there is a berry season and unfortunately I'll have to wait for local berries.

Well, the blueberry prices have been simply hideous and obscene. So, the sale is welcome, to say the least.

I get the sales flyer for Fresh Market by e-mail. They're listing 6oz of blueberries for $0.98. Place of origin- Chile.

Hey, jdarg, don't let them give you a hard time. I went to Publix the day you posted about the chicken and stocked up. Yesterday was the last day of the sale, and I saw one woman who had apparently grabbed every package they had left.

What daughter and fiance do is go to the Publix website and plan their meals based on what is on sale. Great idea! They live within walking distance of a Publix in Midtown, so they don't even have to waste money on gas!
