Well thats it, you all (is it ya'll ?) have cemented it...lol...we'll be down on April 9 for several days to find our new abode.

I know this is for a different thread, but any agents who specialize in rentals that we should be talking to (other than those easily accessible on the web)?

For the love of god get 4X the normal damage deposit from him, you'll need it to clean all of the Astroglide off of everything.

Two good sized wild pigs were hit on Bay Dr, almost to 98. Saw them on the way to school.

Yeah. And a couple of weeks ago, coming home late, SOMETHING large ran out in front of me on East Point Washington, between all the close-to-the-road houses and The Woods, and ka-blump, ka-blump, I hit it. :sosad: It was bigger and fatter than my Lab, but it wasn't running like a dog (kind of "ambling" along like a possum, but no way could I have missed it without flipping), and it looked dark. I backed up, in case it was a dog/somebody's pet, and it was gone...No damage to the vehicle, but Daisy smelled the car the next morning and started barking like crazy.

I vote for hog, Fuzz thinks it was a BEAR from my description. So now I have nightmares about the bears coming to exact revenge on me.

If you hit a bear, it must have been a little one - the bears I am familiar with would have had your car bounce off them!

Not a pest that I know of, but there was an otter in Oyster Lake yesterday morning swimming around in the lilly pads East of the bridge. I really need to take a camera on more walks.

What happened to the Serpent of Oyster Lake?

I hope they just leave it alone. It seemed perfectly happy to me, rolling around in the lily pads. I don't know what it was doing. We watched it for about 10 minutes. I think it was pulling snails off the bottoms of the lily pads maybe.
I haven't seen it since that first time, but that is a pretty big lake.

Speaking of Oyster Lake, anyone else notice how high the water level is. Where the outflow would be, the home just West of it put up a bunch of fencing that is picking up a lot of sand and it might just keep that lake from being able to empty when it needs to.
