Help...there are so many different places to choose from! Looking for a 3-4 bedroom rental for 2 families, April 11-18 (dates can be a little flexible). Prefer something gulf side or with easy access to the beach. Across the street is ok as long as the walk isn't too far. Community pool is fine. Would be nice if we could take an occasional walk to shops or restaurants. Places considered so far...Villas of Seagrove, Cassine, Seacrest North, Gulf Place, Old Florida Village. Pros, cons or other suggestions welcome! Thanks!

Please visit www.beachescape.net .

Our 4 bedroom house "Palm Paradise" is available. We do have flexibility with our dates on that house. Only a 10 second walk to your own private heated pool. Short stroll to Gulf Place.

Check out Old Florida Beach, Old Florida Cottages, and Gulfview Heights.
All an easy walk to Gulf Place and the Beach and are South of 30-A.

We really like Old Florida Cottages for the value and location to shops and beach, Many of these have gulf views also. They range from 2 BR to 4 +BR and are in a neat little community.

Old Florida Beach homes are generally a bit higher in price and closer to beach plus beach front ones.

We really like Gulf Place. You can't go wrong in that area imo. And it's a short drive to Grayton or Seaside shopping.

Good luck.
